The massage combined with the medicinal and therapeutic properties of the oils can soothe, uplift, relax, encourage positive thoughts, boost the immune system and encourage a general sense of well-being. This therapy is great to increase energy levels and promote a sense of deep relaxation, but also to reduce fluid retention and muscular tension. On a psychological level it may reduce nervous tension and anxiety, calm and soothe overworked mind and reduce feelings of depression.<\/p><h4>What happens during Aromatherapy Massage session ?<\/h4><p>During an aromatherapy massage the essential oils, which consist of tiny aromatic molecules, are absorbed by the skin and inhaled into the lungs.
