Dao Daoist Health Tonic is a vegan Chinese Health product containing no nut or animal products.    This product is ideal to help increase health and vitality and is particularly useful if you lead a busy life and need a bit of an energy boost.   It can be a great energy supplement for active sports men and women and a great pick me up for individuals recovering from illness.   Dao Daoist Health Tonic is a vegan version of the Daoist 18 Palms tonic.   The animal collagen has been excluded and the new formulation has more Qi and Blood supporting constituents and is a little less Qi moving herbs in it.   The focus of the formula is to support Qi and Blood and nourish Yin and Yang.

How to Use Dao Daoist Tonic

Method 1 Add the Daoist Tonic to 5 litres of water in a large saucepan or slow cooker. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours or cook on low heat in the slow cooker for 8 hours. Strain off the herbs and keep the liquor and allow to cool. Keep the liquor in the fridge and drink a 1 to 2 cups a day. The herbs could be boiled again to obtain a second batch of tonic liquor.

Method 2    Follow method 1 then add the liquor from method 1 to chicken, vegetables and rice and make into a warming energy boosting soup or congee.

Method 3 Add Daoist Tonic to 5 litres of Gin or Vodka in a large suitable jar and leave for 3 months. Once ready take a shot of the tonic once / twice a day.
