Deep Tissue Massage strokes are applied using direct pressure with fingers, knuckles, forearms and even elbows for penetration of the deep tissue. Friction applied across the grain of the muscles irons out the knots and tension points. This type of massage helps to refresh and relax muscles, increasing the blood flow and therefore the oxygen flow around your body.
